You can either connect to a two Port eSATA Port Multiplier PCI-E card for JBOD settings, or connect the e-SATA to a RAID controller card for RAID solutions. This is convenient for those who do video editing through Mac or PC and wants configurations of RAID 0 (Striping) settings for massive transfer speed. The included eSATA Port Multiplier PCI-E card is compatible for both Windows and Mac.
